The new Prestwick North Education Campus brings together two schools on the Sherwood Road site and includes the addition of a new Early Years Centre and Nursery.Architects BDP designed the development which involved the relocation of neighbouring St. Ninian’s Primary School onto the existing Glenburn Primary School grounds. 


Hope Street Case

Hope Street is an apartment complex situated in the heart of Liverpool, serving as accommodation for the cities three main universities. The development comprises four blocks, ranging from four to nine stories in height and arranged in a grid pattern around an open-air courtyard. Monaghan Peace Campus

Commissioned by Monaghan County Council, the Monaghan Peace Campus is a €17.6 million project, based near the border of Northern Ireland. The building provides the local community with a four-storey hub, comprised of a cultural heritage centre, a library, youth facility and a shared community multi-functional area. In addition to underground parking and a shared outdoor space.

30 Station Road

30 Station Road is a new development offering office space in one of the UK’s most sought after business zones. It is part of ‘CB1’, the regeneration of the Station Road area of Cambridge, which aims to create mixed-use, sustainable buildings.

Low Carbon Social Homes

Product: Ivanhoe Cream Original, Grosvenor County Mixture  | Location: Silk Street, Manchester

Manchester City Council has delivered 69 zero and low carbon social homes on Council-owned land. The remarkable project features 36 one-bedroom apartments, 12 two-bedroom apartments, 17 two story, three-bedroom houses; and 4 three storey, four-bedroom houses. To accommodate for older residents, 16 of the apartments will be designated for individuals aged 55 and above.

Ravensbury Estate

The regeneration of the Ravensbury Estate in Mitcham has created a community-focused neighbourhood with over 200 homes comprising a range of houses and flats.

Ravensbury is part of a £1 billion Merton Refurbishment project involving three neighbourhood estates being carried out by Clarion Housing Group to create 2,800 homes involving the replacement of 1,000 existing homes as well as developing a further 1,800 new homes and the provision of a large accessible community centre.

Carried out by Inspire Architects and constructed by Morris Property, the building was designed to enhance lifesaving services and house the charity’s head office function, airbase, clinical operations and state-of-the-art clinical training facilities essential to delivering advanced training programmes.

An architect’s detached property on the outskirts of Manchester made for an ideal home, apart from its sloping back garden which dramatically reduced the area of lawn that could be practically used. The client bought the house two years ago but couldn’t utilise a large section of the extensive rear garden as it was part of an old railway embankment. However, this situation is being rectified by installing the STEPOC system.

‘The Scoop’ is a unique concave office building in Southwark, London, completed in April 2024. The innovative design reuses an existing building and integrates a conical cut-out façade in white glazed bricks, creating a playful and novel response to the site's context and neighbouring church.

The new development at Shawlands Bowling Club on Glasgow’s south side ensured the survival of a precious 158-year old community asset. Having seen its membership decline, the club decided to take the proactive approach of selling unused land to secure its survival whilst simultaneously funding an upgrade of its clubhouse facilities. A little-used section of the clubhouse was also demolished to make way for the necessary enhancements.

An iconic structure on the banks of the Clyde, the new Greenock Ocean Terminal / Wyllieum was built for Inverclyde Council, Peel Ports, and the George Wyllie Trust as part of the Glasgow City Region City Deal. The £19.2 million facility serves as a new cruise ship visitor centre, a processing centre for passengers, and a separate wing devoted to the work of local artist George Wyllie. The building also contains a top-floor restaurant and a roof terrace with panoramic views of the river.

The former Royal London Hospital on Whitechapel Road, a well-known local landmark dating back to the eighteen century, had been derelict since closing in 2012. Tower Hamlets Council bought the historic building to transform it into their new Town Hall in preparation for the end of their lease at their previous headquarters at Mulberry Place.

A distinctive feature of the Brighton seafront, these original Victorian arches, supporting the promenade and main A529 carriageway above, were beginning to deteriorate and needed strengthening and refurbishing. It is located adjacent to the thriving Eastside and Gosta Green areas of Birmingham, which are home to Aston and Birmingham City University. It is also directly adjacent to the new Curzon HS2 terminal, which brings excellent transport links.

Southmere Village is the first phase of the South Thamesmead and Abbey Wood Housing zone - one of the biggest regeneration projects in the UK. This specific phase delivered 525 homes, a library, and a new civic square. In doing so it created a coherent community with affordable accommodation.

The second phase of the St John’s Hill Estate regeneration in Clapham continues in a similar vein to the first by including eye-catching brick sculptures by renowned artists Rodney Harris and Valda Jackson. The first phase, Burridge Gardens, delivered 153 award-winning homes for the community and a Marsh Award for Excellence in Public Sculpture for the artists. Phase 2 will provide a further 198 homes - every one an affordable home - plus a new community centre.

This new medium housing development at Ellengowan Drive in Dundee was on a site dear to the community. The existing homes, which were white terraces, had become iconic in the town. They were originally built in the 1920s as a temporary housing solution after the Great War. However, although they were only intended to last 25 years, they were still in use (and beloved to many) a century later.

The Wybourn Village Centre is a £2.4 million urban regeneration project in an inner city neighbourhood in Sheffield. It has delivered 12 apartments and a new Community Hub named after beloved local councillor Pat Midgely, who gave years of service to her community before she passed away in 2020. Great Places Housing Group developed the project in consultation with the local community and in partnership with Manor & Castle Development Trust.

This large housing development, which regenerated a six-acre brownfield site previously occupied by a Stagecoach depot, has provided much-needed accommodation for a diverse range of people in Manchester’s Moss Side.
